The Ministry of Children and Youth Services is hosting Community Engagement Sessions in Ottawa to talk about the Ontario Black Youth Action Plan.

The purpose of these sessions is to ensure community perspectives are represented in the implementation of the Plan. We invite all stakeholders doing work to support black youth in Ottawa to attend and participate in these sessions. We are especially looking for strong youth representation (under the age of 25) to participate in all three sessions.

There will be simunlateous translation into French at the sessions.

This will be a safe space for youth to share their thoughts learn more about the opportunities available to them under the plan. Please share this invite with youth and front-line youth workers in your network who would like to be part of this session.

Evening Community Session [Courtside B Room]

6:30-8:30 pm We will be holding a larger community session to a host those who are not able to make it during the day.

Thank you for your continued support and commitment to reducing disparities for Black children, youth and families.
